Played between 20 July and 20 August, the ninth edition of the FIFA Women’s World Cup was held in Australia and New Zealand, across five cities and six stadiums in the former and four cities and stadiums in the latter.

Brief

EFM Global was commissioned to provide White Label support to the official forwarder and to help FIFA directly with international freight shipments.

Execution

EFM planned and delivered a complete logistics solution, providing for services at all training, competition and non-competition venues during bump in, operational and bump out phases across both countries. More than 200 shipments, from a 50Kg flight case to a fully loaded 45ft trailer.

Result

Perfect delivery from EFM contributed to a platform for 64 matches with more thrills, skills and spills anyone could hope for. A tournament FIFA president Gianni Infantino branded ‘the best ever’.
