UAE Ministry of Interior appoint EFM to provide global event logistical support
Launched by the UAE leadership, via the Ministry of the Interior in Abu Dhabi, the "Interfaith Alliance for Safer Communities" mobile touring exhibition has been travelling around the world during 2019, supported logistically by EFM. The tour is running through to December 2019 and EFM have been on-tour with the UAE Ministry of Interior team, providing integrated logistical support in each country.
The exhibition has toured in bu Dhabi - to coincide with the Pope's visit in February 2019, to UN events in Geneva and Paris, to the World Economic Forum in Davos, the MAKS Exhibition in Moscow and to Grand Central Station in New York, before heading off to the University of Nairobi in Kenya. High-end dignitaries have visited the exhibition, so far including His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Cardinal Dolan, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Pope Francis, various UN senior representatives and several Chief Rabbi.
With 15,000kgs of artwork, light boxes, staging, lights, audio-visual equipment and acrylic glass travelling via air and in 2 x 40ft shipping containers via ocean, the EFM team have been providing:-

Customs clearances - including diplomatic prcedures
Liaison with local police, security and the authorities
Arranging permits for trucks, plant and labour
Providing crew (including skilled professionals such as electricians & carpenters) and forklifts for the rig and de-rig of the set
