For the second consecutive year we have been appointed by C3 Promotions to handle all freight for a series of Festivals in South America including Maximus, Estereo Picnic, and the Lollapalooza Festivals in South America. We have covered Bogota, Sao Paulo, and two back-to-back charter moves between Festivals in Buenos Aires and Santiago.
We took care of moving everything needed by 16 bands this year, including over 50 tons of backline and equipment for e.g. The Strokes, The Weeknd, Duran Duran and Two Door Cinema Club. Everything arrived precisely on time and in pristine condition, as always. C3 Promotions selected us, due to our long standing heritage in working with bands of all genres, often from their early days of touring through to worldwide stadium tours. We undertake every element of touring, using our expertise and experience to anticipate every potential situation, ensuring a smooth delivery even under the most challenging of circumstances.
By working as specialist partners with tour and production managers, we ensure that every aspect of the tour is delivered on time and on budget, every time.
First, from Bogota to Sao Paulo we pulled off a very tight turnaround with 24 hours to move between the two festival sites of Estereo Picnic and Lollapalooza. We had 2 x charters with backline and equipment on board for The XX, The Weeknd, Cage the Elephant, Glass Animals, Rancid, The Strokes, Two Door Cinema Club, Flume, Silversun Pickup, Catfish and the Bottlemen and Vance Joy.
We then transported all the bands' backline off to side shows and to Lollapalooza in Buenos Aires.
Finally we had two back to back charters from Lollapalooza Buenos Aires to Lollapalooza Santiago - the first time this has been done for a Festival with this many acts! Flume came off stage at 01.00hrs in Buenos Aires and was on-site in Santiago by 13.00hrs the same day.
