EFM were engaged by the Ceremonies Production Team and their suppliers, to look after all their logistics operations for the Ceremonies of the Asian Games in Jakarta.
•Over 100 tons of lighting equipment via air and sea freight from Australia, Dubai, Belgium and Germany
•Communications equipment from Australia
•Pyrotechnics and Special Effects from Germany and UK via air and sea
•80 tons of video and projection equipment from UK
•6 shipping containers of audio equipment from Australia
•Plus flagpoles from China; flooring from Saudi Arabia; scenery & props from Malaysia & Australia; fabric, fabric paint and special flame retardants from USA, Australia and Singapore; props and puppets from outlying parts of Indonesia
•On-site EFM project managers were on the ground in Jakarta, to oversee all operations, working closely with all stakeholders – customs, production and their suppliers
